Cancellation Policy
If you have been traveling and wearing a good mask while on public transport, please test 3 days after your return before coming in for treatment.
After large gatherings without masks, please get a PCR test 5 days after the gathering before coming in for a treatment.
If you have chills, sore throat, dry cough, fever, shortness of breath, headache, muscle aches, or new loss of taste or smell, vomiting, diarrhea or loss of appetite, or if you are feeling unwell and wonder if you might have COVID-19, if you have been in contact with someone who has symptoms of COVID-19 or who has tested positive for Covid-19, please cancel your appointment, stay home and call your primary care provider for testing.
THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR CANCELLING AT ANY TIME DUE TO COVID-19, SUSPECTED COVID-19 OR THE NEED TO QUARANTINE.
Otherwise, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so a minimum of 48 hours in advance so the appointment becomes available for others needing treatment. A fee is charged for missed appointments with less than 24 hours notice except for emergencies, serious illness, bad weather, COVID-19, suspected COVID-19 or quarantine.
