Does insurance cover acupuncture?
You should check with your individual insurance provider to find out if acupuncture is covered, what paper work they require, and for which conditions you may receive reimbursement. While I am currently not “in-network” with any insurance providers, I am happy to supply you with receipt to submit to your provider for reimbursement.
I do work accept Workers' Compensation. I will need your medical referral, case number, billing information and the contact information of your case worker.
You may use Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts to pay for acupuncture.
